Delectable Peppermint Crisp Fridge Tart
500ml Fresh Cream 2 Tins Caramel Treat 2 Packs Tennis Biscuits 1 Large Slab Peppermint Chocolate, finely grated
Whip the cream until it is quite stiff - be careful not to over-whip, it will become butter! Mix in the Caramel Treat until completely combined. In a large Pyrex Rectangle | Square Bowl, pack a layer of Tennis Biscuits. Layer with half of the cream mixture and sprinkle with finely grated Peppermint Chocolate. Repeat with a layer of the biscuits, then the cream mixture and a final layer of the chocolate. Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve ice cold.
